Biography
Born in Iowa, USA. Vocal studies and Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Iowa, followed by an opera diploma at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. Scholarship holder of the International Association of Wagner Societies and prize winner of the NATS Competition. 2004 to 2006 member of the International Opera Studio of the Zurich Opera House. Permanent engagement at the Theater Hagen from 2006 to 2013. Numerous roles in the lyric repertoire such as Nemorino in »L'elisir d'amore« and Ferrando in »Così fan tutte« as well as musical roles e.g. as Tony in »West Side Story« und Brad Majors in »The Rocky Horror Show«. Guest performances at the Theater Kiel, the Musiktheater im Revier Gelsenkirchen and at the Landestheater Detmold, among others. Numerous concert performances in the classical field as well as in the crossover/pop genre.
Ensemble member of the Musikalische Komödie since 2013/14.
