ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR DONATION BY THE CITY COUNCIL IN PUBLIC SESSION
Dear donor,
On behalf of Oper Leipzig, we would like to thank you for your donation.
We would like to inform you that, in accordance with Section 73 (5) of the Saxon Municipal Code, the City Council decides on the acceptance of donations, gifts and similar contributions in a public meeting. Transparency in the acceptance of donations is intended to protect the public's trust in the neutrality and objectivity of municipal decisions.
With your donation, you agree to this procedure for the acceptance of your donation by the City Council in a public meeting.
We would also like to inform you that the approval process for donations usually takes an average of three months.
For donations of 300 euros or more, you will receive a donation receipt once the city council has approved the donation. If you would like such a receipt for a lower donation amount, please contact: spende@oper-leipzig.de
The OPER LEIPZIG, as an enterprise owned by the City of Leipzig, is obliged to have the acceptance of the donation approved by the City Council of the City of Leipzig in a public meeting. I hereby declare that I agree with this procedure (More Information).
