Biography
Born in the Stuttgart area, she studied stage and costume design at the Salzburg Mozarteum from 1985 to 1989. After two years as an assistant at the Schillertheater in Berlin, she began designing her own sets in the Berlin off-scene and worked with Peter Lund for the first time in 1991.
She created stage and costume designs for music, drama and children's theatre productions for theatres in Basel, Osnabrück, Darmstadt, Dresden, Rostock, Hanover and the Bad Hersfeld Festival, among others.
The most recent results of his collaboration with Peter Lund are »Paradise lost« at the Neuköllner Oper Berlin, »Die Csárdásfürstin« and »Der Zigeunerbaron« at the Vienna Volksoper as well as »Die Zirkusprinzessin«, »Martha« and most recently »Die Großherzogin von Gerolstein« at the Graz Opera.
