Biography
Born in Milano. Studied Philosophy at Milano University, followed by piano and composition at the Conservtoire Milano. In Germany since 1994 in Deutschland, initially as research officer at FU Berlin. From 2002 Repetiteur at Staatsoper Hamburg, der Oper Zürich, dem Theater Bielefeld and at Deutsche Oper Berlin from 2004. Head of Music at Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg in 2012. Guest contracts at Staatsoper München, Vlaamse Opera (Antwerp), Seoul Arts Center Opera House, Beijing National Center for the Performing Arts, Teatro de la Maestranza in Sevilla et al. Accompanist for recitals at Oper Leipzig, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Staatsoper Dresden, Schloss Corvey et al. Head of Music at Oper Leipzig from 2013 to date.
