Biography
Lorena Diaz Stephens studied Social Sciences and Design in her native city Santiago de Chile and in Barcelona. She completed a Masters in Media Architecture at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. As a Designer and Scenographer she has worked in Spain, Chile, Austria and German on a large number of film, theatre and music theatre productions. Credits include Staatstheater Stuttgart, Wiesbaden, Darmstadt, Braunschweig and Hannover, Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Oper Frankfurt, Schauspiel Frankfurt, das Theater Heidelberg and Münchener Kammerspiele.
Her costume design for »Amadis, der Ritter« is her debut at Oper Leipzig.
